Role: PEGA Tech Lead/Lead System Architect (5 Open Slots)
Location: Dearborn , MI
7 - 10 years of Total IT Exp
3 - 8 Years of PEGA Application Development / Lead Experience and 2 Years of Java Exp.
· Must be PRPC V5 / V6 Certified System Architect.
· CSSA Certification will be an added advantage.
· Experience in Pega frameworks will be a plus
· Sun Certified Java Programmer.
· Should have very good communication skills.
· Should be able to handle a team of PEGA developers and mentor them.
· Should be able to do PEGA application Code Reviews, Design Reviews.
· Ability to design pega applications using the framework and implementation layers.
· Should have experience in Onsite/Offshore
