· At least 7 years of testing experience
· Experience in functional testing of Web applications
· Use of Silverlight controls and third party add-ons, specifically Telerik.
· Visual Studio 2008 or 2010 (or Visual Web Developer) experience.
· Good understanding of performance and load testing as related to Silverlight and Webservices.
· Understand the parent/child relationship (dependencies, classes, etc.) of the elements in Silverlight applications.
· Able to derive use cases, test cases and expected behavior from the requirements.
· Able to write or understand unit testing basics, (i.e. MS SL Unit Test Framework) would be a plus.
· Experience of testing web application built on Silverlight
