· The Senior Web Developers will perform hands-on technical design and programming for internal and external web-based systems including customer facing websites, web-mobile, corporate intranets, and custom applications. The ideal candidate is a strong web-savvy programmer with the ability to partner with internal customers, IT infrastructure, and IT customer facing teams in support of solution implementation.
· Hands-on execute programming in support of new development while adhering to software industry best practices. Assist and/or create formal technology designs and evaluate and recommend architecture to support programmatic reuse. Create systems test plans and scripts, and execute formal systems testing. Provide hands-on operational support for systems in production including software management, content updating and performance management.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Demonstrated Web 2.0 architecture, technology, and Microsoft based development tools (Visual Studio/C#, MVC, Mobile delivery). Strong ASP.Net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SQL and Microsoft IIS skills. Web metrics and reporting (Google analytics)
· Mobile and SharePoint experience a plus.
