Data Warehouse Operations Support Analyst · Monitor daily processing for all Data Warehouse systems. · Intermediate level in troubleshooting for processing issue. · Tracking and documentation of all reported problems and data anomolies. · Analysis of processing issue, which includes determination of trends and developing proactive solutions to preclude proliferation of the problem trend. · Knowledge of the Informatica platform and the Informatica PowerCenter data integration platform. · Knowledge of Pl/SQL. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. |
