This position requires 5 – 7 years' experience creating, managing and deploying of targeted e-mail strategies (readying creative, list assembly, A/B testing, etc.). The position requires both strong execution and creative skills - and Web design skills would be considered a plus (especially knowledge of HTML, CSS knowledge).
Job requirements include:
· Ability to learn thoroughly, and become an expert in our enterprise e-mail solution (ExactTarget)
· Superior Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design and Dreamweaver skills
· HTML and CSS experience
· Understanding of basic Java and .NET concepts
· Ability to lead others, work in a structured, team environment
· Ability to work fast and efficiently on repeat, cyclical work (QA skills are critical)
· Ability to effectively police and ensure brand compliance
· Ability to learn thoroughly, and become an expert in, our Web CMS product
A four year degree is required. Financial services experience preferred but not mandatory.
