Required skills:
Strong Experience in developing Web based enterprise applications involving high volume using the following technologies:
JAVA, XSL, JavaScript, HTML, XML, J2EE, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, JDBC, SQL, RAD, Eclipse, Oracle 9i/10g/11g, Web Services.
Strong Development Experience with Struts 2, Spring 2.5.x or above, Web Services and Hibernate is a must.
Experience with Struts or Spring MVC Experience with Java, OOAD, Component Design and Construction
Diverse technology experience (caching, database, web services)
Should be good in test driven development
Expert in Multi Threaded Java Programming
Should have full lifecycle methodologies experience, including design, analysis, development, production
Nice to have skills: Client Facing skills Co-ordination with other teams Status Reporting to Client Manager OnShore / Offshore interaction High Level Estimation
