· Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
· Experience: Typically has 3 to 5 years of IT work experience Requires a high level of expertise in multiple system environments with emphasis in UNIX-based systems
· Complexity: Intermediate professional level role Defines procedures for monitoring, evaluates, diagnoses and establishes work plan to resolve system issues. Performs troubleshooting for complex3 hardware, software and network problems Works on multiple projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader May coach more junior technical staff
