• Over 5+ years of SAP QM experience
• Having Functional and Technical experience in SAP R/3 implementations in QM, PLM, MM, PP-PI, PP and its integration with SD/WM/PM/PS/FICO with versions 4.7, and ECC 6.0 of SAP R/3.
• Sound Knowledge of QM module and processes related to integration with other modules covering the following areas:
• QM in Procurement, Production and Delivery inspection, Inspection Plans with multiple specifications, sample drawing procedure, sampling procedure, DMR Rules, Quality Notifications, Batch management, Digital signatures, Quality Certificates and QM Interface with LIMS Systems
• Experience in SAP implementations, Global SAP rollouts and supporting SAP applications globally.
• Integrated SAP with 3rd party applications such as LIMS using QM-IDI.
• Experience working in an FDA regulated environment with high emphasis on Validation and Compliance of systems and processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of cGMP, 21CFRPart11 is required.
• Coordinate User Acceptance testing (UAT) with the Business Client. Provide help in building User Requirement specifications (URS) and provide detailed System Requirement Document (SRS) to Development team for system design.
• Ability to conduct workshops and trainings with business users to communicate and work with people at different levels of the organization.
• Flexibility to travel to Europe for trainings.
