• Candidate will be responsible for migrating contact center teams from legacy ACDs to Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise.
• Troubleshooting of ACD and voice call flows is required
• Configuration of Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Unified Contact Center Enterprise systems
• Effective project communications and documentation capability
Skills/technologies required (including equipment models, versions, certifications, etc.) – must have's vs nice to have's
• Cisco Unified Communications Manager 8.X
• Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise 8.X
• Cisco Unified IP-IVR 8.X
• Cisco Unity 7.X and Unity Connection
• Cisco Emergency Responder
• Cisco Voice Gateways
