· Responsible for activities related to systems administration;
· Change management (2nd line support),
· Problem management (2nd line support),
· Design and implementation of Windows Server solutions for internal and external clients,
· Development and enhancements of system images,
· Virtualization and automatization,
· Performance management and capacity planning.
