This role requires a strong, proactive and self-driven Lead consultant with combination of strong Subject Matter Expertise and Solution Architecting expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft HCM & FSCM  suite of applications.

The consultant needs to possess proven ability to support business generation by providing solution thought leadership to customers and engaging the customers on solution aspects through all stages of business generation to acquisition.

The role will need to demonstrate strong solution acumen, presentation, communication, and business development skills to help acquire new business.

 

Role:

  • Provide solution  architecting support to  Pre-sales for all Oracle PeopleSoft HCM & FSCM  related opportunities
  • Engage customer teams on solution discussions/POCs through all stages of opportunity to acquisition.
  • Able to come up with winnable solutions and demonstrate solution blueprints to customers.
  • Strong solution acumen to think out of the box in arriving at innovative solutions for business process pain areas.
  • Coordinate with off-shore Pre Sales teams on the bid preparation.
  • Be the Oracle champion for the MSAT cluster  for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support internal sales enablement programs by showcasing Oracle capabilities
  • Provide need based solution support to existing engagements.

 

Skills Pre-requisites

 

  • Expert Level Solution Architect  expertise in following areas
    • Primary – Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Suite(HR, Benefits, Global Payroll, Time & Labour, Self Service…)
    • Secondary – FSCM Suite (General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Purchasing)
  • Strong  Domain/ Subject Matter Expertise in HCM  life cycle management processes
  • Exposure to /knowledge in one or more industry domains
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Delivery and Pre-sales experience in the above skill area
  • Knowledge of Life Cycle of Roll Outs, Implementations, Upgrades or Support Engagements
  • Minimum 10 to 12 years of total experience
  • Understanding of US  markets is an added advantage
