Pls. Note: This is not a plain Business Analyst role.

 

      Have Cisco UCCE or other Contact Center experience

      Strive to achieve and maintain a solid understanding of the business environment as a whole, including business practices, processes and strategy

      Define and analyze the current state of technology

      Analyze and define the impact to the systems environment

      Perform user experience design and specifications

      Design validation, static and dynamic modeling and solution analysis

      Design activities on assigned projects

      Demonstrate a solid understanding of the IT environment as a whole, including information flows, applications and infrastructure, and IT solution roadmaps

      Demonstrate the ability to manage requirements volatility, integrity and continuity via change management and reprioritization

      Demonstrate the ability to use structured and disciplined approaches to solving technical problems

      Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines, deliver quality product, provide detailed documentation, multitask, and work effectively independently and with others

      Be a team player with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, initiative, and self-motivation

      Have knowledge and experience with analyzing business information, requirements gathering, data analysis, functional specifications, application design, testing, and implementation

      Possess strong interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, and written communication skills

      Have knowledge and experience with Business Process Modeling

      Have knowledge and experience with ITIL

      3 years experience as Business Analyst, extensive hands on experience with requirements documentation, facilitating and interviewing techniques to extract and validate user requirements.

      3 years experience as Systems Analyst, extensive hands on experience with Requirements, Design, Construction, Testing, and Implementation phases of software development (full Software Development Life Cycle Experience).

       Prefer 2-3 years experience with VoIP Contact Center experience.
