Educational Qualifications :

·         Bachelors in Engineering/  Bachelors in Technology/  Bachelors in Science

Work Experience:

·         Experience in Helpdesk/ Technical Support  with Customer Service background

Technical Skills:

·         Basic concepts of Computers & Networking, Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook

Other Essential Skills :

·         Customer Service Skills , Good communication skills – Written & Verbal, Good analytical skills and Presence of Mind

Competency :

·         Ability to work well with others, particularly senior level IT and business managers

  • Ability to establish affective working relationships
  • Demonstrate ability to be assertive when necessary
  • Remains calm and focus in stressful situations
  • Be at ease with communicating both internally and externally at all levels
  • Ability to participate as a part of team

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling activities/tasks allocated by the TL/OM (including monitoring the Help Desk mail boxes during their prescribed assigned times)
  • Responsible for answering  inbound calls and make outbound calls
  • Responsible for data entries
  • Each new call or e-mail request must have a ticket generated in ticket logging tool
  • Responsible for running regular and ad-hoc reports
  • Follow-up on tickets created by the agents
