·         10+ years working with large databases in a data warehousing or data mart capacity.

·         Team leader that can work as the project lead supporting the Project Management Office and provide effective communications to all levels in the organization including executive management.

·         Enterprise level experience in ETL development, specifically ETL Architecture using Informatica or other ETL tools

·         Ability to work with Business Analysts to understand ERP, Manufacturing with Sales and Marketing functional requirements with processes across compliance, operations, and horizontal business lines.

·         Ability to derive technology requirements from the functional analysis for the Data Warehouse design using Kimball methodology.

·         Demonstrated ability to independently complete design, build and test deliverables for complex Data Warehouse or a large Data Mart with ETL process and interfaces spanning multiple applications.

·         Aptitude to assess organizations, processes, channels, applications and data to identify practical solutions.

·         Proficient in analytical and logical conceptual level programming skills

·         Solid understanding of both transactional and relational databases, Oracle focus

·         Oracle 11g database best practices for Data Warehouse to provide design strategies including the evaluation of legacy programs that may not be efficiently.

·         Experience in data integration processes and how to tune for performance

·         Strong background and interest in data quality and data governance

 

Must Have Skills:

·         Led a team as the Architect and Visionary for a large Data warehouse or Data Mart

·         Strong Oracle Database with DW features, 11g preferred, 10g acceptable, OCP desired.

·         Project management, PMP or similar certification desired to derive tasks with PMO and support end-to-end communications and team management back to the business stakeholders at our customers.

·         Consulting background, Big 4 or similar organization with proven track record of successful wins and growth in the customer base.

 

Desired Skills:

·         For the right candidate, ability to grow into our Practice Lead role supporting one of our regions.

·         Data warehouse appliance and Big Data concepts

·         Data Sources such as E-Business Suite ERP, UCM and Siebel.


Academic:

·         BA/BS in computer science required.

Exp:

·         Minimum 10 yrs Data warehouse, Minimum 5 yrs in IT applications development/programming, global manufacturing experience preferred, but will consider other fields; experience working w/relational databases; experience w/data quality tools & knowledgeable in data quality approaches & techniques
