Our Client has immediate need for Senior level Ruby on Rails Developers. Consultant will be working in a small geographically distributed team to add new capabilities to an existing web application being developed for the Federal government. Consultant should have a good appreciation for, and understanding of, agile and lean work principles, and be willing to take responsibility for your own work as well as the team's effectiveness.
· Deep understanding of the design and delivery of controlled-access, relational database-backed, interactive web applications (typically 5+ years experience) · High degree of expertise with Rails development, including Rails 3 principles and features (typically 2+ years experience) · Excellent communication and teamwork skills · Maintaining balance and composure with dynamic and challenging schedule and requirements · Joy in continuous growth, personally and as a team. · Must be US Citizen
