Responsibilities: · Enable customer to realize their stated IT vision and strategy · Lead development of solution architecture and design across a set of applications or an application/product family within an enterprise · Provide guidance/consultancy for the execution and delivery of project from a solutioning and technology perspective · Provide a strategic solutioning perspective to a project/engagement. · Demonstrate strong leadership skills and astuteness · Demonstrate the ability to guide & mentor the project team
Desired Profile: · Must have played the role of Solution Architect in at least 2 BI/DW engagements · Must have the ability to visualize possible solution options & choose the preferred option in a logical manner · Must have worked in the complete life cycle of Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence development projects. · Should have expertise in designing, developing and implementing complex data warehouse solutions across multiple projects at an enterprise level. · Needs to have the experience and skills to formulate, review and maintain a Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence Architecture and contribute in implementing the same. · Must have sound experience in the areas of data modeling · Must have some experience of ETL tools such as Informatica, Datastage, Business Objects Data Integrator, SSIS etc. · Must have some experience of reporting tools such as Business Objects, Cognos, SSRS etc. · Experience in the insurance domain is a big plus point | ||||
