| Job Description |
- Experience with Windows Server, VMWare and CITRIX
- Manage corporate computer and communications infrastructure in efficient and effective manner.
- Maintain and provide support for servers and other Data Center equipment/systems.
- Administer and support all infrastructure applications and framework necessary to deliver a safe and secure computing environment.
- Provide supplemental IT related customer technical support when assigned.
- Responsible for reliable backups of critical applications.
- Interact with IS Consultants and 3rd party vendors to manage day-to-day computer and communications systems operations.
- Keep track of software licenses and computer serial numbers.
- Maintain an inventory of computers, printers, and other equipment.
- Order computer hardware and software packages.
- Evaluate, recommend and implement new technologies.
- Manage technical projects; write up project charters and plans.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
