Electronics Design and development of controllers for motors and knowledge on censors and FPGA(field programmable gate array). Switch mode power supply and dc to dc converter
· Knowledge with Mentor Graphics DX designer 9.3, any open source simulation tools · Knowledge on DC Choppers (Mainly Buck Converters and but also Boost Converters) · Selection of Controller and Knowledge with FPGA · Experience in Analog and Mixed signal circuit design using ADCs, DACs, IOs, communication interfaces like RS232, USB and Ethernet · Knowledge with Motion systems · Motors : Steeper and Servo (DC brushless Motors) · Actuators: Limited angle Actuators · Limit Switch : Proximity/Electromechanical · Knowledge with Sensors · Optical: IR,UV · Magnetic Sensor: reed Switch, Hall effect Sensors · Line Scan Sensor : Line scan · Inductive Sensor for Motion detection · Motion with Motor Controller development · Skill set with usage of lab tools (osciloscope, Powerscope etc) · Knowledge with gears · Circuit Debugging and Hardware testing (Microcontroller, Control system and digital board) · Design & Development of quick solutions on Board (bread Board, temporary design etc) · Signal Processing and real time sensor analysis (DOE related) · Harness Design and Cabling Solutions · Experience: 6-12 years | |||
