· Experience in customer-facing roles for requirements gathering and architecting solutions for BI projects. · Expertise in developing extensible/sustainable reporting solutions based on defined business needs. · Construct dimensional, logical and physical model (Both from Database and Microstrategy Perspective). · Ability to implement NFR (Non-Functional Requirements) for BI solutions e.g. performance, security, availability, usability load etc. · Expertise in VLDB properties. · Hands-on experience in leading and developing complex Dynamic Dashboards using multiple data sets, Report Services Documents, and Intelligent Cubes · Develop drilling, aggregations and partitioning strategies. · Understand object management and change control. Knowledge of MicroStrategy products and RDBMS features. · Must manage external offshore resource in the authoring of complex dashboards and reports using the latest MicroStrategy technology for both Desktop and Mobile clients. · It is expected that the candidate will be responsible for project oversight duties and resource allocation. · Ensure optimal performance for both the MicroStrategy iServer and the multiple BI reporting solutions. · Recommend and coordinate regular maintenance routines and upgrade activities as needed · Experience on data modeling and ETL/DW processes for Vertica and Hadoop will be preferred. · MicroStrategy BI certification will be preferred. | |||
