Primary Skills: · Degree in business/ finance or engineering / science from accredited college or university. · 1-3 years of experience in process,, engineering or program management. Desired Skills: · Strong drive for meeting internal and external customer requirements. · Motivated and self-starter. · Experience in financial budget creation and management. · Ability to work with engineering, finance, and program management effectively. · Has utilized spreadsheet tools to develop and track project milestones and financials. · Highly organized and close attention-to-detail.
Roles & Responsibilities: · Develop EVM (Enterprise Content Management) as part of business planning processes, in coordination with Systems Engineering and the Engineering Mechanical & Electrical COE's · Work with Engineering & Finance organizations to help calculate and load the individual EVM into latest program management status scorecard. · Monitor EVM actuals for each major NPI development project. Includes working with engineering team on measuring milestone completion, with Program Management to establish expected milestone completion, & with Finance to properly reflect financials. · Track down sources of EVM misses for each program or organization, ensure accuracy in calculation & help resolve conflicts. · Coordinate proper frequency of EVM update mechanisms with the Program Management organization. · Create scorecard & provide weekly status reports that communicate actual vs. plan by engineering organization & by program. · Develop a list of improvements to the system to improve the accuracy & to improve the user interface. | |||
