· 8-10 years performing formal Project Management, preferably in the software testing space · Delivery oriented go getter and should be self learner. · Excellent written and oral communication. · Excellent Collaboration, Negotiation, team building and presentation skills · Experience with project pipeline management & demand management in a large, multi-tracked, dynamic organization - a proven track record in this area with excellent references. · In-depth knowledge and working experience with Microsoft Project, experience with Quality Center a plus. Experience working in a global team in a vendor dependent model. · Must be an excellent collaborator and relationship manager. · PMP Certification much preferred. · A hands-on background in Quality Control/Testing is another big plus and will make this person successful in the team & organization. | |||
