Strong Tibco Lead with 6+ years of in-depth development experience with the Tibco iProcess and Business Works suite & strong communication skills. The person should have in depth knowledge of SOA architecture and ensure that the system is addressing the business needs and is maintainable and scalable to address current and future needs. The candidate must additionally possess strong analytical and technical skill sets to participate all phases of project life cycle, strong OOAD and a working knowledge of Enterprise Architect.
Required Experience :- 1. Minimum 4 years experience designing/implementing iProcess & BPM solutions 2. Minimum 2 years experience designing/implementing Business Works solutions 3. UML 4. BPMN
Required Technical skills:- 1. Has working knowledge of IT functions and services. 2. In-depth understanding of the iProcess Engine and Business Works technologies. 3. Has competency in the following areas: + Tibco iProcess Engine 11.x + Tibco Business Works 5.x + Tibco EMS 5.x + Integration of iProcess with external databases and Business Works. + SSO API and IAPJMS + Ability to implement process maps and interfaces to an external systems + Able to work with a BPM analyst to produce functional requirements that can be implemented in TIBCO iProcess suite + Able to design solutions in TIBCO iProcess/TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM to satisfy functional requirements + Able to design and implement web-services using Tibco products + Produce low level design artifacts + Conduct Unit and Integrated Testing + Unix, AIX + XML / XSL + Ability to translate business needs into a technical solution + Ability to work with both functional and technical team members + Able to present solutions at a code walk through and design reviews + SQL + Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies | |||
