· Experience in business rules and data analysis
· Experience eliciting, documenting, and organizing business requirements for large projects
· Exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Experience with writing use cases
· Preferred: good knowledge of systems development lifecycle
· Preferred: experience in the secondary mortgage market and knowledge of mortgage loan servicing data attributes
· detailed analysis of system defects and identifying impact to business requirements/assessing impact to customer
assessing business policy and translating into system requirements
· writing business requirements and communicating these requirements effectively to a large, cross-functional team
effective use of configuration management tools to manage work tasks (DOORS experience is a MUST)
