One of my client located at Mounds View, MN is looking for a Business Analyst. This would be a contract job for 6 Months.

· We are seeking ITIL Foundations certification (v3). This is not mandatory, but highly desired.
· The position will be working with IT teams Global Infrastructure and Operations organization to document IT Services and Service Offerings (items and actions that can be ordered/requested for a given service) with the intent to develop an IT Service Catalog.
· The BA will engage in interviews to collect specific descriptions of those services and service offerings and gather workflows/steps for fulfilling IT orders/requests placed by Client's employees and contractors.
· They'll need to be comfortable in the "front of the room" to facilitate these discussions and also be comfortable creating process flows. E
· ssentially, this is a Business Process Engineering role for the IT teams. Ideally, these candidates are very well versed in ITIL® (the IT Infrastructure Library) framework of best practices
