Internal IT service desk for client
Coverage window is 07:00 – 19:00 CST, 7 days a week
Scope of work is L1 tech support including troubleshooting on Windows XP and Windows 7, Blackberry, IPhone, VPN, Connectivity, Outlook, MS Office, Installations etc.
Support will be provided through Phone, Email and Web Tickets
Order Management
Order Management for Spare Parts for equipments supplied to business customers
24x7 Coverage
Support will be provided through Phone, Email and Fax
