Educational Qualifications

  • Any Graduate

Work Experience

  • 1-2 years experience in Helpdesk/ Back office with Customer Service background

Technical Skills

  • Basic concepts of Computers
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook
  • Functional Knowledge (user level) of SAP SD Module
  • Domain knowledge of Order Management
  • Should be familiar with Supply chain concepts like Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics etc
  • Good to have skills
    • Supply chain management,
    • Inventory Management
    • installed base

  • Customer Service Skills
  • Good communication skills – Written & Verbal
    • Neutralized Accents
  • Good analytical skills and Presence of Mind
  • Should work in Shifts, weekend and Public Holidays

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling activities/tasks allocated by the TL/OM (including monitoring the mail boxes during their prescribed assigned times)
  • Responsible for answering  inbound calls and make outbound calls
  • Responsible for entering orders, checking PO's and ordering documents
  • Responsible for running regular and ad-hoc reports
