One of my client located at Reston(VA) is looking for a Operations Analyst. This would be a contract job for 6 Months+.

· Must have 2-5 years of relative experience
· Minimum of 1-2 years accounting and/or auditing experience
· Secondary Market Investor Servicing/Accounting experience preferred but not required
· Excellent analytical and assessment skills
· Demonstrated problem solving ability
· Ability to analyze and validate accrual balances based on a set of guidelines
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Strong organization and follow-up skills
· Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize workflow in a high-volume environment
· Ability to work well independently, as well as, part of a team to achieve department/ group goals
· Experience in BOXI or other related query tools
· Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel; basic typing/ computer keyboard skills required
· Flexibility to the changing requirements and priorities of the business with the ability to work varied/ alternate shifts and extra hours as determined by management/ required by the business
Education/Work experience:
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
· 2-4 years work experience in the financial services industry.
· Only GC and US citizens.
