Role Requirements:
· Key skills: Good knowledge of Accounting procedures, expertise in Finance Modules, good understanding of Oracle projects module. Understanding of standard Document templates.
· Work closely with Finance users to identify and resolve issues pertaining to various Oracle Fin Apps, as part of Production Support. Log and manage SRs with oracle support for complex issues.
· Perform Requirement gathering, Functional Solution design, Functional Testing, Set up and Configuration activities for new functionality, Bug-fixes and enhancements in Oracle Fin Apps.
· Co-ordinate development activities for new development, enhancement requests, and software bug fixes with the Technical resources. Follow required process for change controls and maintain proper documentation for all changes/updates
