Key Job Functions:
· Responsible for lender outreach, engagement and support of new initiatives.
· Guidance to new or existing lenders supporting the 2000-Character Loan Delivery text file format and movement to new MISMO XML file format with support for testing, move to production and implementation consulting, new Loan Delivery system functionality including new edits and hard stops. Responsible for getting lenders to production by mandate dates.
· Direct lender point-of-contact for questions for new initiative implementations.
· Technical guidance for transitioning from ASCII based file format to XML file format and consulting around testing and remediation of issues be It technical or business process and/or data.
· Coordinate lender-specific communications that directly engage them on system updates, deadlines, and important vendor-specific information. Manage mail campaigns and support followup to achieve desired result or response from targeted lenders.
· Maintain a tracking inventory of lender implementation dates to be able to communicate those internally for tracking and management reporting purposes, and inform account teams of the lender status.
· Organize calls with select lenders to understand their implementation progress and provide consulting and advisement regarding whether they are missing key elements to fully transition and answer any questions they have through conversion.
· Support testing efforts.
· Oversee the project management of assigned new initiative deliverables to ensure objectives and deadlines are met. Track project management plans. Resolve issues. Manage timely and effective product delivery and deployment. Including Loan Delivery, new Loan Delivery enhancements, and EarlyCheck 2.0.
· Support training efforts and communication of any new support materials working with lenders to ensure that they see and understand the materials tying the information to their specific business and technology implementation.
· Design and develop marketing initiatives, promotions, and communications related to specific products, product lines, or product areas.
· Provide general communications and training services such as general writing support for internal and external business communications including product documentation, FAQs, reference materials, training materials, e-mail messages, release notices, announcements, and talking points/PowerPoint presentations.
· Support implementation and conversion work of other Sr TAMs on the team and support account managers.
Requirements:
· Knowledge of mortgage banking and origination – delivery process.
· Knowledge of the MISMO® XML architecture
· Strong customer support.
· Strong analytical skills
· Experience implementing system and business process changes.
· Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, document implementation plans and support
· Ability to work under aggressive deadlines
· Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal) with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies
· Strong influencing, strategic thinking, and consulting skills
· Strong project management and organizational skills
· Expert proficiency in Microsoft products.
· Ability to manage multiple projects.
