PROGRAM MANAGER – CHICAGO(IL) – FULL TIME
· Bachelor or Masters in Mechanical engineering (Preferred)
· He/she should have a rich manufacturing background with expertise in Casting (Investment casting preferred) & forging designs
· He/she must possess thorough knowledge of working of valve or equivalent products from hydraulics industry. A background in the design of refrigeration control and regulating valves is preferred
· He/she must be able to read & interpret FEA & CFD reports and provide necessary guidance to the design teams
· The incumbent must possess excellent interpersonal skills. Should be highly experienced in managing relationship with cross functional teams
· He/she must possess experience of working with remotely operated teams
· The incumbent should possess enough experience in the testing and validation of refrigeration valves or equivalent products in hydraulics industry.
· He/she should be self motivated individual with abilities to manage multi cultural teams
· A background and understanding of VAVE process is preferred.
