One of my client located at portland(OR) is looking for a QA Manager. This would be a contract job for 6 Months.

Don't Need Any Tester (He needs to Create Automation FrameWork).
· 8+ years experience with automation development/QA methodologies
· 5+ years experience with building frameworks with different environment and multiple tool sets; including data and keyword driven frameworks
· 5+ years experience with QTP
· Experience with performing Assessments/comparisons/recommendations of tools and frameworks
· Management of others; off/on shore experience, test plans, workload, prioritization, milestones, accountability, test execution, troubleshooting issues.
· Ability to come up with other solutions when original tool or direction/scope will not work
· Strong team player with the ability to build a team
· Outstanding communication; written/verbal
· Ability to identify risks, assess and determine mitigation plan and escalate to leadership if necessary
· Astute management skills along with strong technical ability
· Ability to effectively monitor scope/apply change management process and gain appropriate approvals
