· Proe+ promechanica+ design validation understanding- With 3 to 7 years experience in CAT, Terex, Komatsu, JoyGlobal
· Post Graduate / Graduate in Mechanical engineering with minimum 9 years of Structural design experience
· Hands on experience on structural system design and engineering design calculations for crane / heavy construction structure.
· Should have a experience from Concept design of product to launch.
· Should be able to understand the physic of problem and develop the mathematical model for analysis.
· Well aware of all the manufacturing process used, GD&T.
· Skilled in reading and preparing engineering drawings.
· Should be able to guide the team for structural design.
· Should be cost focused and design the systems with cost targets and reliability targets.
· Proficient in Pro-e
· Exposure to Pro-mechanica / ansys / hypermesh will be added advantage
· Exposure to produce development cycle.
· Strong interpersonal skill
· Exhibit skills of self driven
· Knowledge on PLM
· Skilled in problem solving
