Oracle ADF Developer – Miami (FL) – Full Time

Client is looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated, fast paced Oracle ADF Developer to work in a dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have in-depth experience with Oracle ADF, JDeveloper and preferably a strong BEA WebLogic, Java/J2EE and Oracle SQL, PL/SQL application development background. This position will collaborate proactively with functional users and analysts to translate business and integration requirements into configurable component designs and solutions. The ideal candidate will reflect a mix of strong technical proficiency, application maintenance ownership, and the ability to work effectively with other business and technology personnel and internal customers to provide very responsive support to this global application.
· Design, Implement and Test Oracle ADF applications using JDeveloper 11g
· Develop enterprise web-based transactional applications on the J2EE platform using Oracle JDeveloper/ADF
· Responsible for coding and unit testing application software across production support, enhancements and projects
· Complete coding and unit testing activities on-schedule and per quality expectations
· On an individual basis, meet service level agreements for production support response and resolution
· Follow the standard client development processes
· Driven to keep cutting edge technology skills current through training and development
· Design and develop technical solutions to a pre-defined requirement and develop components including extensions, views, customizations, modifications, reports, workflow, etc. around Oracle Applications. Code and Unit test independently or as a part of a team
· Enhance performance in the Oracle Application environment. Tuning code, reviewing table and applying indexes were needed.
· Follow documentation, version control and testing, and migration standards
· Strong understanding of the lifecycle of technical development from technical design, unit testing to user testing, to production migration. Emphasize adherence to standards and controls, and conduct quality assurance over programs before migration to production
· Develop a cooperative environment that fosters knowledge sharing
· Provide technical guidance and mentoring to others in areas of expertise
Job Requirements :
· Clearance of a government background check and completion of compliance training
· Bachelor's Degree (BS, BA, etc.) in Engineering or Computer Science. Master's Degree (MS, MBA, JD, etc.) in Computer Science or equivalent a plus
· 5-7 years of Java/J2EE, JDeveloper/ADF (Oracle's Application Development Framework) development experience
· 3-5 years relevant work experience with Oracle Financials, Order to Cash and Procure to Pay business processes is preferred
· 3-5 years of BEA WebLogic J2EE Application server and Oracle SOA Suite platform experience is preferred
· Experience with Apache Ant, and other Apache Jakarta common libraries
· Familiarity with Inversion of Control (IoC) and Aspect Oriented Programming (AOP) and frameworks
· Experience with version control systems, preferably CVS
· Knowledge of Functional and/or Automated Testing methods/tools like JUnit and JMeter
