SAP Project Manager – Houston(TX) - Contract
Client is looking for an IT Project manager with recent experience un upgrading SAP systems particularly APO systems and proven ability to build fully functional virtual teams and lead the planning and execution of the project. It is critical to be able to understand interdependencies with other projects and collabarate the internal business stake holders to mitigate risks to business.
Preferred skills:
· Demonstrated SAP project or support experience.
· Understanding of how SAP sysyems are maintained and SAP's software maintanance strategies.
· Working knowledge of CPDEP and other project methodology (eg . PMP certification).
· Good working knowledge of the software development life cycle.
· Experience working with global teams.
· Experience working with vendors.
