Teradata Data Architect – Denver(CO) – Full Time – GC & Citizens
We are looking out for a candidate with good data modeling experience who can understand the existing model and can do reverse engineering and integrate it with the Enterprise EDW model which is on Teradata. Should be hands-on guy with good Data modeling experience on TERADATA Database and has good knowledge on TERADATA as well.
· Must have at least 8-10 years of solid experience working as a Data Architect in which 3-5years of experience working as a Teradata data Architect
· Must have experience in defining, designing, integrating and re-engineering the enterprise EDW
· Must be proficient in relational (3rd normal form) and dimensional data modeling methodologies and techniques on Teradata database
· Must have 3- 5 years of Data Model design experience on Teradata database
· Must be proficient in data warehouse development practices and processes
· Must be able to visualize a data architecture design from high level to low level, and design performance objects for each level
· Must be proficient in Inmon and Kimball methodologies
· Must be well versed with Data Modeling tool Like Erwin/ Embarcadero ER/S Data Architect and should have used it extensively in the Recent PROJECT
