1. Excellent communication and Presentation skills
2. Excellent Analytical and documentation skills.
3. Should be able to envision various system behavioral conditions and document the same in a clear flow in the form of an SDS (System Design Specification)
4. Should have worked in a Onsite - Offshore type of projects
5. He/She would not code, but needs to be enough hands on to understand Java Code/HTML CSS and Spring (Desirable) and guide the offshore team when required
6. Should be able to write Functional Test Cases
7. Should have some exposure to systems deployed on the Unix Environment and should be fairly hands on in Unix.
