· 6+ years work experience (in J2EE web technology).
· Must have experience: HTML, CSS, Javascript, Ajax, JQuery, Dojo, JSP, Servlets.
· Nice to have experience: Spring, Struts.
· Strong Oral and Written communication skills.
· Experience in working with web designers and business analysts.
· Ability to work in Strong Matrix setup.
· Experience working in Agile environment.
· Needs to be a quick learner.
· Experience working in large corporate; Experience in the 'Financial services industry' is a strong plus.
