· 8+ years total IT experience. 2+ years experience in project leading / managing.
· Very good understanding of distributed technologies (Web technologies, web services, SOA).
· Java knowledge is desirable.
· Must have experience working in onsite-offshore model on atleast one project
· Should have very good communication and customer facing skills.
· Should be process oriented and needs to have good understanding of the SDLC
