Minimum 4-5 yrs. of experience in J2EE Development :
a. Good exposure and hands on experience on the following frameworks
i. Spring, Struts, JSF, DOJO
ii. EJB, JMS, MQ
iii. XML, Web services
b. Should also have good documentation & communication skills
c. Knowledge of Insurance domain
d. Minimum 1 years strong experience in Developing Java UI Controls using DOJO.
