Job Description - Serve customer areas for the entire technology delivery and user provisioning process (fulfillment of personal computer hardware, software, peripheral devices, on-boarding, transfers, separations and access management). Determine client's technology and security access needs, review and recommend technology solutions. 2 -3 years of actual work experience in a corporate technical environment; experience with tools and products including Windows XP, Windows 7, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory; Understanding of IT and Security concepts, methods and processes; Analytical and problem-solving skills.
This position will be working on our windows 7/Office 2010 conversion and will be assisting with the process for the deployments.
Skill set includes:
Ability to follow new hire guidelines to process staff IMACs
Ability to document processes
Ability to follow up with many different areas to verify progress on requests
Ability to understand technology environments (Desktop, AS/400, web apps and the differences between test, demo and prod)
Ability to mulit-task
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communications
Self-motivated/independent
