Interview: Phone and Inperson (direct onsite is possible)
Client needs 2-3 years max of experience candidates for the BA role. Not more than that. Someone they can invest in and who will take up a job the mid-level or senior level role with them eventually.
Need Jr. Candidate and 2 -3 experience only on the resume. Financial Industry experience preferred.
Anyone with 4+ yrs experience on the resume will be rejected. Will need genuine references if I decide to submit.
The manager highly prefers someone with a Bachelors in computer science, Information systems degree etc.. from any US university.
Comm skills must be 10/10. No exceptions.
