Responsibilities: - Install Siebel Servers and its components on Windows environment
- Manage Siebel Servers and Components
- Proactively monitor and manage batch jobs.
- Enforce application change control and migration strategy policies are followed
- Troubleshoot Siebel Server related issues
- Be available on an on-call basis for off-hour/Weekend support
- With a strong customer service focus, collaborate with Helpdesk to respond to requests from business users – creatively resolve issues, answer questions and clarify business processes, design and develop enhancements, troubleshoot and fix bugs.
- Identify and correct performance bottlenecks which may occur at any application tier.
- Quickly identify and resolve any production system issues.
- Assist production support team on user issues, as needed
Required: - At least 5 Years of experience in Siebel administration
- Knowledge in installation, cloning, load balancing and maintenance of Siebel Applications
- Knowledge on configuration, setup and upgrade of Siebel Applications
- Excellent knowledge of Siebel environment and System Administration
- Knowledge of : Database administration
