Requirements · BS in Engineering with 5 years related industry experience. · 2 years of experience associated gas turbine packaging systems or similar equipment. · Strong technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems. · Solid oral and written communication skills · Strong interpersonal and leadership skills · Good communication skills and able to work within a team environment. · Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment. Functions · Duties will include the development of new products and options and the maintenance of the standard designs and record books. · The functionality, safety and integrity of the electrical designs and the compliance with appropriate Codes and client Design Practices. · Development of One Line and Three Line Diagrams, Wiring / Schematic Diagrams, Loop Diagrams, I/O Lists, Cause and Effect Lists, Fabrication and Assembly Arrangements associated with Turbine Control Panels and Terminal Boxes, Cable and Instrument Layouts, Hazardous Area Layouts, Battery Systems and the specification of associated equipment. · Development of the Standard Product Line Bills of Material. · Support of design reviews and the Tollgate process · Applying knowledge of Electrical Codes and Standards ( ex. NEC, CSA, IEC, ATEX) | ||||
