· Need Property & casualty insurance experience - Superb technology skills (.Net)
- Experience in Agile methodology definitely needed.
- Rapid App development ( RAD) …. If you do not have this alteast aware of the concept.
- Experience of Pair Programming (aka Extreme Programming) would be desirable. In case the candidate does not have experience, he / she should be aware of the concepts.
- Hence the communications is very important since the candidate will work in pair with someone from the team and communications is important. Moreover every week there would be presentations and interaction with the end users and hence the stress on good communications.
- On soft skill side, the candidate should be a initiative taker, group player with Get-it-done attitude.
