SKILLS NEEDED: - Development Tools: People Tools (8.x) (Application designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Messaging, Integration Broker, Data Mover, Component Interface, and File Layouts) and SQL-Plus
- Applications PeopleSoft Financials v9.X and higher
- Business Areas PS Financials (GL, AP, AM, PO, Expenses, and eProcurement)
- Workflow and PeopleSoft Security development experience
- Languages SQL and PL/SQL
- Operating Systems UNIX, Windows XP/NT
- Reporting Tools SQR, PSQuery, XML Publisher, and Crystal
- Data Bases Oracle 10g (or higher)
RESPONSIBILITIES: - PeopleSoft developer with demonstrated proficiency in all phases of PeopleSoft development life cycle, from requirements analysis, systems design, development, testing, deployment and support of PeopleSoft v9.x Financials applications (GL, AP, AM, PO, EXP, ePro).
- 5 to 7 years experience as a PeopleSoft developer on development projects
- Must have used standard IT methodologies, performed business analysis and documentation.
- Identify problems and/or potential issues to formulate systemic solutions or propose business process alternatives to meet business requirements.
- Production Support experience for PeopleSoft Applications
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide quick user response
- Knowledge of Oracle Database and Application tuning
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills
