College degree with major in computer science, business administration, or other technical field preferred (may be substituted by appropriate experience).
· Experience in solution architecture, primarily focusing on business requirements. · Knowledge in ERP package solutions such as SAP ECC, CRM, Sales Force etc. · Deep knowledge in marketing and service functionality. · Up-to-date understanding of market trends and keen interest in following emerging technologies. · Excellent SAP content and design skills with solid knowledge of SAP technology, standards, protocols, and cutting edge interactivity. · Requires experience in technical and functional. · Minimum 5 years of techno-functional experience. · Good knowledge of SAP structures, configuration standards, object dependencies and tables. · Excellent ABAP programming skills; SAP query capabilities a plus. · Outstanding leadership and team building skills, including strong problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. · Desire and ability to assist colleagues in a team-oriented way to develop new technical knowledge and skills. · Have experience in systems development and support, including installation and support of vendor software, learn and development expertise in new skills as required. · Understand the principles of web/server system development and knowledge of Internet/Intranet programming including: Mobile, HTML, JAVA, Active-X and object-oriented analysis and programming. · Experience with MS Windows-based development tools including: MS Excel, Word and Power Point · Solid understanding of network/distributed computing environment concepts as it related to the SAP and other packaged solution environment · TOGAF experience or certification would be a plus · Mobility experience/exposure is a plus | ||||
