Desktop Support Engineer – Wichita(KS) – Long term
- Provide Desktop support to customers.
- Troubleshoot and fix desktop related issues.
- Editing Registry keys, Modifying system parameters.
- Remotely logging in and provide support.
- Attaching to PC's remotely
- Remotely executing programs
- Copying remote files
- Configuration of remote PC's to capture full memory dumps and uploading those memory dumps to the DLP vendor for analysis
