Lead Network Analyst - Washington, DC Metro – Long term Contract
US Citizenship: Yes
Clearance Requirements: Treasury / IRS High-Risk
· Monitors, controls, and isolates problems in a data communications network
· Monitors all network activity
· Activates/deactivates network lines according to established schedules
· Performs first- and/or second-level problem determination (first level is help desk)
· Interfaces with users and/or network vendors
· Examine network reports for deficiencies, trends or other indicators
· Experience in analyzing trends, manipulating data in spreadsheets creating presentations for both service providers and for senior management
Certifications:
· ITIL v3 Certificate(s)
· Standard PC Software – Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
